Flip-it

A simply brilliant and indispensable tool!

Function:

An opened (picked) locking cylinder will lock again after each full rotation of the plug, i.e. the pin tumblers will be pushed back into their channels by the springs. Locks that have been locked multiple times (the plug has been turned various times when locking the door) must be picked again after each full rotation of the plug. The Flip-it was developed to avoid exactly this repeated picking and, thus, spare trouble and save valuable time.

The tool is first tensioned in the desired direction and then inserted in the keyway. When pressing the button, the tool will flip the plug around and make it pass the locking position so quickly, the pins cannot be pushed back into their channels. This tool is very important for all users, because some locks can only be picked in one direction. Too bad if you chose the wrong direction and can't depend on the Flip-it!
